What You’ll Do

Reels Editing

• Edit Instagram Reels and YouTube Shorts
• Create engaging short-form videos with strong retention
• Add captions, transitions, hooks, sound effects, and trend-based editing
• Repurpose long videos into viral short clips

Creative Content Support

• Assist in planning content ideas and reel concepts
• Follow trending formats and social media styles
• Work with the creative team for brand campaigns
• Create meme-style and Gen Z-focused edits

Trend Research

• Stay updated with Instagram trends, audio, editing styles, and viral content
• Suggest creative ideas for brands and agency content
• Understand audience attention and engagement patterns

Skills Required

Must Have

• Strong understanding of Instagram Reels & YouTube Shorts
• Good editing sense and creative timing
• Knowledge of trending editing styles
• Passion for social media and digital culture
• Fast learning mindset
